Advancing PA Rail Website Redesign
PennDOT BPT Rebrands Plan the Keystone Website with a New Name, Logo, Expanded Content, and User-Friendly Design.
The Challenge:
Redesign the existing website to encompass new branding, unify Keystone West improvements with the existing Keystone Corridor projects, and enhance cross-device functionality.
How We Helped:
PennDOT BRFPW and McCormick Taylor partnered to revamp the Keystone Corridor website, which is now known as Advancing PA Rail. This project's objective was to enhance user experience while incorporating Keystone West improvements into the existing Keystone Corridor projects. The redesigned site has a fresh logo and is dedicated to promoting railway corridors and station upgrades that are led by PennDOT. The website now has a mobile-optimized user interface and a seamless navigation structure that provides an enhanced overall experience. The redesign includes a filtering feature on the projects page that allows users to view and sort active projects, and a gallery highlighting the latest construction project images. The user-friendly station page layout comes equipped with standard web mapping capabilities that allow users to pan and zoom with ease. Additionally, clickable layers provide more information about individual stations.
