Environmental Conditions Tracking App

Our team developed a desktop and mobile-friendly web tool that gives field inspectors, construction managers, and key stakeholders a single global view of a project's environmental conditions. The application provides a single source for enterprise-level data input, management, and reporting that allows users to create, update, and review project records throughout the construction and permitting lifecycle. Projects tracked in the system can store permit requirements, routine or agency-based field reviews and the specific permit requirements, any issues that were identified by the review, and associated photos and documentation. Reviews that are created go through a two-step review and QA/QC step. Issues are also tracked to closure and final verification with a follow up review, with an included "auto-escalation" feature that will raise the priority of issues depending on how long they are open without resolution. All data is tracked and tagged with comments, photos, and status change and history records, and preformatted Excel and paginated PDF reports generate consistent data exports. Routine scheduled email reporting reminds users of any critical outstanding items. Since initial implementation, the app has been expanded multiple times to create additional capabilities.
