Compliance & Permit Tracking App

To tackle this challenge, our team created two custom-built application modules to digitally track permits and compliance details. The permitting module walks users through each phase of the project permit screening process, identifies and recommends permits, and tracks the permitting process as may be required at the federal, state, county, and city levels. The compliance module tracks project details, status, and inspections (both internal and agency). Additionally, relevant project personnel (project managers, assigned inspectors, construction managers, etc.) are inputted and receive reports from the application as related to their position. These independent modules were later integrated and restructured by our team to adapt to changing client needs and to synchronize the data. This application is deployed on the client's AWS cloud hosting account as a Docker containerized application and is accessible by any modern device including desktop computers, tablets, and smart phones.
