Sussex County Plan Branding & Collateral

Our team collaborated with McCormick Taylor’s Planning & Communication Team and Sussex County to develop branding and collateral materials to support planning outreach efforts and Comprehensive Plan design. Our process began with creating a brand logo to represent the County and the fundamental elements being considered in the plan including mobility, community design, housing, environment, and recreation. To do so, we incorporated custom icons and expanded upon the County’s already established color palette to create an inspiring and community friendly logo. The logo served as the basis for design of all print and digital collateral materials used to engage stakeholders and share information and the Comprehensive Plan document. Materials featured bold blocks of color, representative imagery, and typography to generate interest in desired content and calls to action.
